ELECTRIC FLEX How's your back? How are your shoulders? How are you doing with your splits? This class is for all of us who need some love and attention on mobility, flexibility, and great core work. We'll be using a yoga mat, blocks , yoga strap or towel. If you have a Pilates ring.. that's awesome too. You do not need heels!
