I love using MyNetDiary Pro. I recommend it if you don't have one you love. STEP FOUR: Begin tracking what you eat. You don't have to "be good". Just do you. I need to see your normal. No judgement. My job is to help you make this work for your life. I can do my best work if you are 100 percent true to yourself. After three days of tracking complete this form.
