My classes are for all levels. There is something to learn that will fit you! If you are new to pole, rest assured, I will teach you step by step with easy to follow directions. Regressions will be given! Technique is job 1 and you will learn how to be safe in your training! Each month we will work on a new routine and practice our freestyle techniques.

I want to give you some new ways of looking at the moves to excite the senses and play with your shapes. If you don't feel confident.. that's why I'm here.
If nothing else, I'm a confident instructor and dancer. I live for the stage! Soon we will be incorporating the True Aussie Showgirl Style in as well!! Class is 55 min. All levels. Heels are recommended but not required. Knee pads are required. We will do warm up, flexibility and showgirl abs as well. CLASS IS COMING THIS SUMMER!!
