This 55-minute low flow/floor class blends dark arts, performance magic, and deep body connection. We’ll stretch, slink, and shape-shift through guided sequences to unlock your inner sorceress (or warlock—magic welcomes all). ✨ Expect: – Low flow transitions – Floor slink techniques – Skill-building, performance drills & motivation – A safe space to create and explore your movement Bring: – Knee pads – Yoga mat – Water – Towel or yoga strap – Heels (optional) – Your boldest self (highly encouraged) Dress however you like—fishnets, sweats, or full glam.
